Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately, no! We must have complete applications and paid fees and deposits before we can hold any unit for you. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please provide notice to us in writing of your intentions to move. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
If the tenant causes disrepair- they will need to pay for maintenance work. If, through no fault of the tenant, something breaks, we will fix the issue ourselves at the expense of the owner. -
Can I review a copy of your lease before applying?
yes, please review our lease here. Please note that certain properties may have separate addendums attached to this lease. Please ask any questions before applying!
