Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
No, Since H.A. Edwards, Inc. manages on behalf of the owner, we will be the ones to sign the lease. We are happy to provide a copy of the lease to you! -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes! If you’re not already working with a Realtor, we would love to assist you in buying or selling real estate! -
How and when do I get my checks?
We will direct deposit your check to your preferred bank once the monthly accounting cycle is closed out. -
How is rent collection handled?
We call, email and text our tenants daily to ensure rent is paid promptly! -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We typically sign a year long lease for all properties. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
It depends on the property! We typically see owners who want 1 month’s rent as a security deposit. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Yesterday! -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single Family, Multifamily, Condominiums, Duplexes, Triplexes and HOAs. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We provide monthly reporting to you, but our owner portal allows for you to view any report at any time! -
